    Sears to suppose to come today between 8-5 pm to fix a problem with my refrigerator that they supposedly fixed 04-17-15. Got a automated voicemail today @ 2:20 pm that Sears needed to RS appt... so I call and was told the earliest they can come will be scheduled for 9 days away on April 30 th. Sears used to be great,,now only shoddy service and RUDE customer service. After this experience will NEVER buy SEARS products again. Would NOT recommend!!!!! More...
